TIERA-D

TIERA-D is a special LKR account named Treasury Bill Investment External Rupee Account – Deshabhimani, through which you can purchase Treasury bills at any time through Commercial Bank.

HOW TO OPEN A TIERA-D ACCOUNT

To open a TIERA-D account with ComBank, and to obtain a set of required documentation, please send an e-mail to treasury@combank.net indicating your mailing address.

Please complete the required documents with your foreign address details (Note: If you have a local mailing address please indicate it seperately) and submit same duly introduced/ certified by a local party known to the Com Bank or by your Bankers to the following address.
