If you maintain an account with Commercial Bank and use a Mobile Phone, you are eligible to apply for this facility.
Applying for Mobile Banking
To access this facility, please collect a Mobile Banking application form, from any Commercial Bank branch or download it from this web site, fill it and submit the form to your branch.
You will receive an SMS from the Bank, containing your PIN and a link to download the mobile application.
Download the application using the given link.
Using Mobile Banking
Once you download the application, select the appropriate language template as you prefer. You can choose from Sinhala / English or Tamil/English.
Log in using the PIN sent to you via SMS
You will be requested to change the PIN during your first login. Follow the instructions to change your PIN.
Browse through the menus to access the services you require.
