ComBank Q+ Mobile Payment App, the most comprehensive and secure card based payment app for your everyday payment transactions



ComBank Q+ App is the latest payment solution launched under LANKAQR. ComBank Q+ is the future of QR based payments in Sri Lanka and this app could also be used around the world and supports both Visa and Mastercard QR Code payments.

 

The Essentials

  • Register any Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card issued by Commercial Bank

  • Supports any payment with LANKAQR

  • ComBank Q+ App services are available free of charge

 

How to register 

All your Credit, Debit or Prepaid card issued by the Commercial Bank can be registered to make payments through this app. Up to 5 cards issued by Commercial Bank, including Visa, Mastercard and LankaPay cards can be added to the app. You just need to download the app and add your cards to the app.

 

Features of ComBank Q+ App

Ability to register any payment Card (Debit, Credit & Prepaid) issued by Commercial Bank by validating the card number, expiry date, CVV2 and a One Time Password (OTP).

Originate any payment by scanning a LANKAQR QR at any merchant location.

Obtain the status and confirmation of the transaction.

View transaction history.

Remove any card linked to the app as and when you want.

Raise a complaint about disputed transaction using the app and it will be notified to the merchant instantly.

Reset application password and transaction password within the App itself.

The consumer app supports self-registration. Password policy is as per Central Bank of Sri Lanka guidelines.

Sign in on multiple mobile phones; however the you will be notified about the change of devices via a SMS.

If the phone is lost, the you can call the bank and get the User ID locked for that specific device or any device.

 

How to make payments

You can make payments by a click of a button. All you have to do is scan the QR and enter the amount and the PIN. Payments are processed fast and secure.

 

Security features

Inquiries on transaction history can be carried out for transactions up to 6 months. If there is a dispute about the payment transactions, such as duplicate posting, you can raise the dispute through the app.
