How to avail ComBank Apple Device loan?

Step 1:

Visit www.gnextstore.lk to browse your preferred device and request a quotation.

Step 2:

Bring the quotation and required documents to your nearest Commercial Bank branch to apply for a device loan.

   Required Documents:

    For pre-qualified ComBank Personal Loan customers:

    -NIC, Office ID, and latest salary slip (contact your branch to confirm eligibility)

   For other customers:

    -NIC, salary slips, Employment Confirmation Letter with Salary Undertaking, and existing bank statements (if salary is not routed through ComBank)

Step 3:

Loans are processed on the same day and approval will be granted within maximum of 3 working days

Step 4:

ComBank will notify you via phone on your application status.

Step 5:

Gnext Store will contact you to arrange device collection or delivery (as per the address provided in Step 3).

• How can I apply for a device loan?
  Please access the Device Loan Page in the websites of Gnext or Commercial Bank for details.
  After selecting your preferred device, visit any Commercial Bank branch to apply for the Personal Loan facility.
  
  
• What is the loan amount I can apply for?
  You can obtain loans up to 100% of the device value subject to your repayment capacity. Prices of the devices are listed on the website, in the product page.
  
  
• What is the interest rate?
  0% interest! It’s absolutely free as you don’t have to pay any interest for the loan.
  
  
• Any other concessions when obtaining this loan?
  Yes, there will be a 50% concession on documentation charges from the Bank.
  
  
• Do I need guarantors to apply?
  No guarantors required, depending on the repayment capacity.
  
  
• How many EMIs (Equal Monthly Installments) can I choose?
  Based on your convenience and repayment capacity, 6 to 18 EMI options can be selected.
  
  
• What are the devices available under the loan plan?
  Range of TRCSL-approved smartphones and electronics are available under the promotion. Visit the page to check the devices list and the models/specifications.
  
  
• Do the devices come with a warranty?
