Mobile Banking customers with eZ Cash account has the flexibility to top up mobile wallets via a mobile and online portal. You need to have the Mobile Phone (which is tagged to your eZ Cash Account) in order to authenticate the transaction and withdraw cash.

You can now withdraw funds from eZ Cash through ATM machines of Commercial Bank. No need to maintain an account at Commercial Bank to withdraw cash.

This is a cardless process available for Dialog, Etisalat & Hutch subscribers who have an eZ Cash account.

You can withdraw only up to your given eZ Cash “Cash Out limit” and Standard eZ Cash charges are applicable. For more information please refer “Transaction Limits” at www.ezcash.lk

You can withdraw a minimum of Rs.100 and a maximum of Rs.5,000 per transaction through this safe and secure transaction method.

Procedures to apply and to use

Visit any Commercial Bank branch in order register for online and USSD banking facilities and select the Wallet Top Up option at the time of registering.

Steps to be followed through ComBank Digital :

Visit https://www.combankdigital.com
Login to the "ComBank Digital" Portal
Select Transfer / Payment menu and click on “Transfers and Payment” tab
Click “Select Payment Type” drop down and scroll down to “Bill Payments”
Select debit Account Number
Type the first few letters of the biller’s name (e.g. ez / dia) or scroll down and select Dialog Ez Cash (FOR EZ Cash)
Enter required details
Then, accept Terms and Condition and click “Submit”
Input OTP and click “Confirm” to effect the Payment

Steps to be followed through USSD Mobile Banking :

Dial #8823# from your mobile
Select Continue
Select Mobile Wallet
Enter your PIN (given by Commercial Bank)
Select Wallet Top Up
Enter Amount & Confirm

eZ Cash withdrawals :

Steps to be followed to withdraw eZ Cash through Commercial Bank ATM's

Visit any eZ Cash enabled ATM of Commercial Bank
Select Card less transactions
Select the preferred Language
Select eZ Cash
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
Enter your eZ Cash Account Number
Enter the eZ Cash PIN on your mobile
Complete your Transaction
