Account holders can inquire their Account Balance, Account History, or request for a Cheque Book, while both customers and non-customers can inquire for Fixed Deposit rates and foreign exchange rates. Further, self-register with the ComBank Digital app or open a new account through the Flash Digital Bank Account can accommodated.
Any Commercial Bank customer with a registered mobile number or any non customer who seek to open an account with Commercial Bank can access and enjoy WhatsApp Banking.
Customers can access to ComBank through WhatsApp using their registered mobile number.
Non customers will be direct to open an account with Bank by using Flash Mobile Application and get self registered without visiting a branch.
