Parents can set up parental controls on the Flash Fam Teen Digital Account to restrict what their teens can do with the account. This includes setting spending limits, approving transactions, etc. 

Debit card :
Teens who open a Flash Fam Teen Digital Bank Account will receive a Debit Card that they can use to make purchases online and in stores. The debit card also comes with a number of safety features, such as fraud protection and purchase alerts.

Procedures to apply and to use

1. The parent/legal guardian must be a registered user of the Flash Digital Bank Account app. 
2. The parent/legal guardian must create a Flash Fam Teen Digital Account for their child through the Flash Digital Bank Account. 
3. The parent/legal guardian must provide the following information for their child:
   - Name
   - Date of birth
   - Gender
   - National ID number
   - Contact information 
4. The parent/legal guardian must upload a copy of their child's birth certificate and national ID card. 
5. The Flash Digital Bank Account unit will verify the information and activate the Flash Fam Teen Digital Account. 

To use a Flash Fam Teen Digital Account: 

1. The child can log in to the Flash Digital Bank Account app using their own user ID and password. 
2. The child can view their account balance, make transactions, and set up parental controls. 
3. The child can use their Flash Fam Teen Digital Account Debit Card to make purchases online and in stores. 

Note :  

The Flash Fam Teen Digital Account is a free account. 

The account is subject to the same fees and charges as other Flash Digital Bank Accounts. 

The account can be opened by parents/legal guardians of children who are between the ages of 10 and 18 years.
