Eligibility

If employed,

• Age between 18 to 60 years.
• Minimum service of 01 year in the current employment.
• Should be a permanent employee with a minimum monthly net salary of Rs.100,000/-.

If self employed,

• Age between 18 to 65 years.
• Should be a registered member of the respective governing body of the profession. 
• Minimum regular disposable monthly income should be Rs.100,000/-.

Loan amount

Up to 75% of the cost of energy efficient equipment.

Minimum of Rs. 50,000 and Maximum of Rs. 3Mn*

Repayment

Maximum repayment period for loan is 05 years.

The maximum repayment period will depend on your age and remaining years of service.

You have the option of choosing between an equated or a reducing balance payment schemes.

Documents required

1. Loan application.  
2. Quotation from the service provider for the full cost of the equipment.  
3. Letter from the employer confirming Employment, Salary & Deductions with the undertaking to the account at Commercial Bank.  
4. Bank statements of other banks for the past 06 months, where salary is being credited at present.
5. Salary slips for past 03 months.
6. *Copy of National Identity Card/ Valid Passport/ Valid Driving License. 
7. Address verification documents indicating applicant’s name and address (if applicable). More info >>
8. Guarantor Statements (if applicable).
9. Copy of National Identity Card of the Guarantor (if applicable).
10. Copy of latest salary slip of the Guarantor (if applicable).

How to apply

Please fill the Loan application form and hand over to the branch with the required documentation.

You can also visit the nearest branch and discuss your requirement with an officer. He will guide you through the loan application process.
