Eligibility

If employed,

Should be a permanent employee with a minimum monthly net salary of Rs.100,000/-.
Minimum service of 01 year in the current employment.
Age between 18 to 60 years.

If self employed,

Should be a registered member of the respective governing body of the profession.
Minimum regular disposable monthly income should be Rs.50,000/-.
Age between 18 to 65 years.

Business owners/entities,

Business owners (i.e. Sole proprietors, Partners and Directors of companies) and companies such as Sole Proprietorship, Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies

Lease amount

Electric Vehicles – Up to 90% of the market value.
Hybrid Vehicles (Registered) - Up to 70% of the market value.
Hybrid Vehicles (Unregistered) - Up to 50% of the market value.
Machinery Equipment - Up to 75% of the purchase value.

How to apply

You can visit a branch of your choice and discuss your requirement with an officer. He/She will guide you through the Lease application process.

Please fill the Loan Lease application form and hand over to the branch with the required documentation. Remember to take your national identity card, driving license or passport if you are not an existing customer of the Bank. This is necessary for us to identify you.

Documents required

Completed Lease Application Form.
Performa Invoice / Quotation.
Recent salary slips or documents evidencing income of the Borrower /s.

Repayment period

Maximum repayment period for lease is 7 years.

Green Leases Equated monthly rentals or structured rentals according to the borrower's cash flow.
