3. 10% Cashback is valid for one transaction per day subject to a maximum Cashback of Rs1,000/- per eligible transaction.

4. Cashback will be credited within next working day of the promotion period.

1. This Cashback offer is valid for the “Scan & Pay” transactions performed through Q+ Payment App at Spring & SummerOutlets using any ComBank Issued Cards on 27th ofAugust 2022.

2. Eligible Cardholders will receive 25% Cashback up to a maximum of Rs 3,000/- per transaction during the promotion.

3. It is mandatory to complete the transaction by Scanning the merchant QR through Q+ Payment App to be eligible for the above discount.

4. Cashback will be offered within02 working days after the end of promotion.

General Terms & Conditions – SLT-Mobitel Free Data Offer (PostPaid)

1. This offer is applicable only for SLT-Mobitel Mobile post-paid customers who pay their bill by scanning the LANKAQR code available on the e-bill using Q+ Payment App.

2. Customers need to make cumulative transaction value of Rs 1,000 and above during a Calendar month to be eligible.

3. Eligible Customers will receive 05 GB data, 300 M2M Minutes & 300 M2M SMSs for free.

4. A Cardholder having multiple Post-paid connections can avail this offer for each SLT Mobitel Mobile connection subject to completion of above conditions.

5. One connection is eligible to receive this offer one time only.

6. The offer is valid till 31st August 2022.

7. Free data will be offered by SLT Mobitel within the subsequent month.

General Terms & Conditions – Utility Bill Payments promotion through ComBank UnionPay Cards

1. This Cashback offer is valid for the Utility Bill Payments performed through Q+ Payment App using ComBank Issued UnionPay Credit & Debit Cards from 15th August to 31st August 2022.

2. The following bill payments will only consider for the promotion,

a. Ceylon Electricity Board Bill Payments

b. Bill Payments to Lanka Electricity Company 

c. National Water Supply & Drainage Board Bill Payments

d. SLT-Mobitel Fixed Line Bill Payments (Both ‘Scan & Pay’ and ‘In-App Bill Payments are considered).

3. Eligible Cardholders will receive 30% Cashback up to a maximum of Rs 500/- for the 01st transaction during the promotion (No multiple transactions will be considered). 

4. It is mandatory to complete the transaction through Q+ Payment App to be eligible for the above cashback.

5. Cashback will be offered on weekly basis.

6. This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions/offers/Cashbacks.

General Terms & Conditions – Cashback Promotion at Visa Enabled LANKAQR Merchant Outlets 

1. This Cashback offer is only valid for the Scan & Pay LANKAQR transactions enabled with VISA acceptance performed through Q+ Payment App using an active Visa Debit, Credit or Prepaid Card.

2. The offer is valid from 13th September 2021 to 30th September 2022 inclusive of both days.

3. Each of the first three payments performed during the promotion period at any LANKAQR merchant enabled with Visa and/or any Visa enabled LANKAQR bill payments through Q+ Payment app will be eligible for the promotion.

4. Any displayed merchant QR Code with VISA Logo is enabled with VISA, are eligible for the promotion.

5. Each eligible transaction will receive 30% Cashback up to a maximum of Rs. 300/- per transaction during the promotion period.

6. Cashback will be credited to the respective account/card account on a monthly basis (E.g. Cashback entries for October transactions will be credited in November).

7. Promotion will exclude the payments performed using the In-App Bill Settlement function of the Q+ Payment App.

8. Promotion is valid during the promotion period for the promotion cards performing transactions through Q+ Payment App subject to mentioned terms and conditions.

9. This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions/offers/Cashbacks of the Merchant, Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited or Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC.
