Terms and conditions

1. This Cashback offer is valid for ANY expressway tollgate payment in Sri Lanka made using ComBank issued UnionPay Credit and Debit Cards
2. All POS transactions & QR transactions made through the Q+ Payment App using ComBank UnionPay Cards will be eligible to receive this Cashback.
3. This offer is valid from 01st May 2025 to 31st May 2026(inclusive of both days.)
4. 50% Cashback up to a maximum of Rs 300/- per transaction will be offered during the promotion.
5. All Expressway toll payments performed through the UnionPay credit and debit cards are eligible to receive the above Cashback during the promotion period.
6. There is no limit to the number of qualifying transactions per calendar day; all toll payments processed within the offer period are eligible for cashback.
7. Eligible Cardholders will receive this Cashback during the promotional period as follows.

   4th May 2026-10th May	Before 13th of May
   11th May 2026-17th May	Before 20th of May
   18th May 2026-24th May	Before 27th of May
   25th May 2026-31st May	Before 3rd of June

8. It is mandatory to successfully complete transactions through by UnionPay credit and debit cards to be eligible for the above Cashback.
9. This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions/offers/Cashbacks.
10. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms&Conditions of the offer.
11. The Bank reserves the right to amend/withdraw this offer at its sole discretion.
12. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
