Terms and conditions

1. The promotion is open to all Credit and Debit Cards issued by Commercial Bank ofCeylon PLC.
2. The offer is valid for Sri Lankan citizens and expatriates holding valid ComBankCards.
3. All payments must be fully settled using Commercial Bank Credit or Debit Cards toqualify for the offer.
4. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with anyother discounts, promotional programs, or offers organized by the Bank or thepartnering merchant.
5. The general terms and conditions applicable to Commercial Bank Credit and DebitCards will continue to apply.
6. The offer is subject to the terms and conditions of both the partnering merchant andCommercial Bank of Ceylon PLC.
7. Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC reserves the right to amend, change, or withdrawany or all of these terms and conditions, or to cancel the promotion at any time, with orwithout prior notice to Cardholders.
8. The Bank shall not be held responsible for the quality, merchantability, or fitness forpurpose of goods and / or services offered by the partnering merchants under thispromotion. Any disputes relating to such matters should be directed to the respectivemerchant.
9. The offer is valid only during the specified promotion period, as communicated by theBank and / or merchant partner.
10. The offer is not applicable for commercial transactions, cash advances.
11. All transactions are subject to authorization by the Bank, and only successful andeligible transactions will qualify for the promotional offer.
12. If any dispute arises regarding the interpretation or enforcement of these terms andconditions, the decision of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC – Card Centre shall befinal and binding.
13. The Bank reserves the right to verify transaction details and disqualify any Cardholderor transaction that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
14. In the event of cancellation or reversal of a qualifying transaction, the Bank reservesthe right to revoke the offer or any related benefits.
