4. All payments to be settled with the ComBank Premium Credit Cards only.
5. The booking period is valid from 10th August 2026 to 24th August 2026* (inclusive of both days). Discount offer only applicable for new bookings made after 09th August 2026 and are not applicable for pre-confirmed bookings. Travel period is 01st September 2026 to 31st October 2026.
6. Discounts will be applicable for Double and Triple rooms on Half or Full Board basis as published in the advertisement.
7. A Premium Credit Cardholder is entitled to reserve maximum of Four room nights per Premium Credit Card stay of each respective Hotel.
8. Discounts will not be applicable for extras and meals other than those entitled for the basis booked, child and other Supplements.
9. Offer is not valid for on-line bookings.
10. Reservations to be made in advance by calling the respective Hotel’s reservation number by quoting the Commercial Bank Premium Credit Card details. Cardholder may be requested to make an advance payment using the Premium Credit Card at the time of the reservation.
11. Rooms will be given on a first come first serve basis, subject to availability & confirmation. Confirmation of rooms will be issued subject to the relevant payment procedure of respective Hotels.
12. The Cardholder should be present at the hotel throughout the stay.
13. Standard child policies & cancellation policies of the Hotel will be applicable.
14. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs or offers conducted by the Bank or the Hotels.
15. The General Credit Card terms and conditions will continue to apply.
16. This offer is bound by the terms and conditions of the Hotels and Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC.
17. Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC reserve the right to change and/or modify all or any of the rules, terms and conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time with or without prior notice to the Cardholders.
18. Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC - Card Centre accepts no liability for the quality of goods or services provided by the Hotels in this promotion.
19. If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms & conditions contained herein, the decision of the respective hotels and Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC Card Centre shall be final.
