Terms and conditions

1. The Cashback offer is valid for transactions performed through Q+ Payment App using ANY ComBank issued Cards.
2. 10% Cashback will be offered for the Total value of bill payments performed during the promotion from any of the below utility biller categories.
   -CEB
   -LECO
   -NWSDB
   -SLT Mobitel (Fixed)
3. A minimum of five (5) qualifying transactions is required to be eligible for this offer.
4. Bill payment transactions made on 27th June 2026 will be eligible to receive this Cashback up to a maximum of Rs.1,000/- per Cardholder (Customer).
5. Minimum single bill settlement value should be Rs. 2,000/-for all bill payments to be eligible for this promotion.
6. Single Cardholder (Customer) is eligible to receive a single Cashback during this promotion.
7. Cashback will be offered within two working days after the end of promotion period.
8. This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions/offers/cash backs.
9. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.
10. The Bank reserves the right to amend/withdraw this offer at its sole discretion.
11. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
