Terms and conditions

1. The Cashback offer is valid for transactions performed through the Q+ Payment App using  ANY ComBank issued Cards.
2. 31% Cashback will be offered based on below tiers.
3. For 1st Utility bill payment – 5% Cashback
4. For 2nd Utility bill payment – 10% Cashback
5. For 3rd Utility bill payment – 16% Cashback
6. Cashback will be offered for utility bill payments performed during the promotion from any of the below utility biller categories.
   -CEB
   -LECO
   -NWSDB
   -SLT Mobitel (Fixed)
7. Bill payment transactions made on 31st May 2026 from 3pm to 5pm will be eligible to receive this Cashback up to a maximum of Rs 1,000/- per Cardholder (Customer).
8. Minimum single bill settlement value should exceed Rs1,000/-for all utility bill payments to be eligible for this promotion.
9. Single Cardholder (Customer) is eligible to receive a single Cashback during this promotion.
10. Cashback will be offered within two working days after the end of promotion period.
11. This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions/offers/cash backs.
12. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.
13. The Bank reserves the right to amend/withdraw this offer at its sole discretion.
14. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
