Bank terms and conditions

1. The promotion is open to all Credit and Debit Cards issued by Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC.
2. The offer is valid for Sri Lankan citizens and expatriates holding valid ComBank Cards.
3. All payments must be fully settled using Commercial Bank Credit or Debit Cards to qualify for the offer.
4. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional programs, or offers organized by the Bank or the partnering merchant.
5. The general terms and conditions applicable to Commercial Bank Credit and Debit Cards will continue to apply.
6. The offer is subject to the terms and conditions of both the partnering merchant and Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC.
7. Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC reserves the right to amend, change, or withdraw any or all of these terms and conditions, or to cancel the promotion at any time, with or without prior notice to Cardholders.
8. The Bank shall not be held responsible for the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of goods and / or services offered by the partnering merchants under this promotion. Any disputes relating to such matters should be directed to the respective merchant.
9. The offer is valid only during the specified promotion period, as communicated by the Bank and / or merchant partner.
10. The offer is not applicable for commercial transactions, cash advances.
11. All transactions are subject to authorization by the Bank, and only successful and eligible transactions will qualify for the promotional offer.
12. If any dispute arises regarding the interpretation or enforcement of these terms and conditions, the decision of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC – Card Centre shall be final and binding.
13. The Bank reserves the right to verify transaction details and disqualify any Cardholder or transaction that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
14. In the event of cancellation or reversal of a qualifying transaction, the Bank reserves the right to revoke the offer or any related benefits.

Merchant terms and conditions

1. Offer will be applicable for multi-city bookings as well.
2. The discount is applied only on the base fare of the air ticket price, excluding all applicable taxes & surcharges.
3. All tickets & bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and governed by the standard airline terms & conditions.
4. All instalment amounts paid are non-refundable, and each instalment period of the payment plan as approved by the Bank may not be varied.
5. Once submitted, instalment plan details cannot be changed, and full or partial acceleration is not allowed.
6. Other general Terms & Conditions of Commercial Bank and Findmyfare shall apply.
7. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions of the offer.
8. Fares include all taxes, fees, and surcharges and are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations.
9. Offer is valid only for bookings made with a single booking reference and return.
10. Date changes will only be permitted during the validity period of the ticket issued, subject to applicable airline date change fees.
11. Airline penalties may apply for any other changes.
12. Air tickets purchased under special fare conditions may not be refundable.
13. Travel should originate from Sri Lanka.
14. Passengers must possess valid travel documents and are responsible for obtaining visas, authorizations, and any other documents required for travel.
