Celebrating the journeys and enduring contributions of its long-serving colleagues, Commercial Bank of Ceylon honoured 97 team members who have completed 25 years of dedicated service at the Bank’s annual Seniority Awards 2025, held at Waters Edge, an initiative that reflects the Bank’s strong culture of recognition, loyalty, and appreciation for sustained commitment.

The ceremony paid tribute to the loyalty, dedication and exemplary professionalism of employees who have grown alongside the institution over a quarter of a century, helping to shape its culture, standards and reputation through their long-standing commitment. Their journey reflects the values of stability, excellence and mutual trust that define Commercial Bank.

Mr Sharhan Muhseen, Chairman of Commercial Bank graced the event as Chief Guest, joining the Bank’s senior and corporate management in recognising the invaluable contribution of the long-serving employees to the Bank’s continued strength and success.
