Terms and conditions – * Collectable Voucher

1. It is mandatory to collect the ComBank Debit voucher in order to avail the Bank’s discount on the given promotion date.
2. If a transaction is performed without the Bank voucher and discount will not apply, however transaction can be completed without the discount.
3. One voucher is valid for one discount transaction only.
4. Particular Bank voucher can be collected on the offer/promotion date only, same can be redeemed on the promotion date only.

Terms and conditions

1. The promotion is open to all Debit Cards issued by Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC.
2. The offer is valid for Sri Lankan citizens and expatriates holding valid ComBank Cards.
3. All payments must be fully settled using Commercial Bank Debit Cards to qualify for the offer.
4. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional programs, or offers organized by the Bank or the partnering merchant.
5. The general terms and conditions applicable to Commercial Bank Debit Cards will continue to apply.
6. The offer is subject to the terms and conditions of both the partnering merchant and Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC.
7. Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC reserves the right to amend, change, or withdraw any or all of these terms and conditions, or to cancel the promotion at any time, with or without prior notice to Cardholders.
8. The Bank shall not be held responsible for the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of goods and / or services offered by the partnering merchants under this promotion. Any disputes relating to such matters should be directed to the respective merchant.
9. The offer is valid only during the specified promotion period, as communicated by the Bank and / or merchant partner.
10. The offer is not applicable for commercial transactions, cash advances.
11. All transactions are subject to authorization by the Bank, and only successful and eligible transactions will qualify for the promotional offer.
12. If any dispute arises regarding the interpretation or enforcement of these terms and conditions, the decision of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC – Card Centre shall be final and binding.
13. The Bank reserves the right to verify transaction details and disqualify any Cardholder or transaction that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
14. In the event of cancellation or reversal of a qualifying transaction, the Bank reserves the right to revoke the offer or any related benefits.
15. ComBank Debit Card holders will be eligible for an extra 10% discount Site wide except Utility bill payments, Reloads, Postpaid bills, Lotteries, Gift vouchers & selected products.
16. It is mandatory to collect a Bank voucher in order to avail the bank discount. (without collecting, discount will not apply on payment page). 
17. Without collecting the bank voucher the discount will not apply although the transaction can be completed without discount.
18. If a transaction is performed on a Bank Card without collecting the bank voucher and discount is not availed, it will be treated as final and customer will not be eligible for a discount.
19. Only one bank voucher can be redeemed on one transaction (multiple bank vouchers cannot be applied on one transaction). 
20. General terms and conditions of Daraz and Commercial Bank shall apply.
