Terms and conditions

1. This promotion is open for all personal Credit Cards issued by Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC.
2. Offer is valid for the transactions performed on 29th and 30th August 2026.
3. Credit Cardholders may perform a single purchase transaction over Rs 25,000/- and convert the transaction to an installment payment plan up to 12 months with ZERO interest.
4. In order to activate this installment facility, Cardholders should Call our Contact Centre through 0112 353 353 or 1316 within 7 working days from the original transaction date.
5. No additional fees or commission will be charged for establishment of the above Installment plan.
6. Transactions excluded under this campaign.
   -Business transactions
   -Capital transactions
   -Investments
   -Transactions through BNPL providers
   -Debits and Credits under same credentials
   -Government payments such as tax
   -Any other category at the discretion of the Bank
7. Transaction value should be within the available balance and authorized Credit limit of the Card at the time of performing the transaction.
8. Multiple transactions with cumulative value over the minimum eligible amount will not be considered for this promotion.
9. Once the request is made for an Installment plan, the details cannot be amended. 
10. All payments to be settled with the Commercial Bank Credit Cards only.
11. Full transaction value should be converted into Installments and no partial payments/conversions are allowed.
12. All the prevailing rules and regulations related to Credit Cards will apply for this promotion.
13. This promotion cannot be combined with other ongoing offers, discounts, or cashback         promotions under Commercial Bank Credit Cards.
14. The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion or change its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
15. In the event of any dispute relating to payments, the decision of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC shall be final and binding.
