Terms and conditions

1. The cashback offer is valid for ‘Scan & Pay’ transactions performed through Q+ Payment App using any ComBank issued Card.
2. The offer is valid from 26th August to 02nd September 2026 at Basket Bazaar – Akkaraipattu outlet.
3. Cardholders will receive 25% cashback, subject to a maximum cashback of Rs. 1,000/- per Cardholder per day.
4. The cashback amount will be credited during the second week of September 2026.
5. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with any other promotional programs or offers conducted by the Bank or the offer partner.
6. Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC – Card Centre accepts no responsibility or liability for the quality of goods or services provided by the offer partner.
7. Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC reserves the right to change, amend, or modify any or all terms and conditions applicable to this promotion at any time, with or without prior notice to Cardholders.
8. In the event of any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions, the decision of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC – Card Centre shall be considered final and conclusive.
